This movie shows two different realities that unfortunately we go through in an everyday base in one of the most important cities in our country. Firstly the war between factions and the police in the slums with constant gun-powered confrontations, then the hard life of doctors in constant stress and lack of staff and materials necessary to supply the high demand of patients and medical procedures in emergency rooms.
